We are currently building a new house and our builder contracts out the selections process to Amanda Kiley. We had never built a house before and Amanda guided us through the selections document. She asked about our preferences for styles and colours and really listened to what we wanted. She appreciated that the selection process can be difficult, was patient with our inexperience and gave us helpful advice along the way. When issues arose with the building and changes had to be made at short notice, Amanda was always available to give advice. Having Amanda involved took away so much of the stress of building. I love the colours she picked for us and the selections she helped us make. I would recommend her without hesitation.

We have finished painting and love the result. The colours Amanda chose for us are just great, especially the family and lounge rooms. As Amanda suggested, we have put up an original Art Deco light in the foyer, inherited from family, and bought a retro Art Deco light and matching wall lamp for the dining room. When we approached Amanda, we were looking for ideas for our entry, wanting a design with subtle WOW factor. Amanda came up with colours and a design, taking into account the newly painted exterior into the entry. Amanda listened to what we were after and came up with solutions we had not considered. The entire process was easy and seamless and we are delighted with the result.
Having decided to make a significant investment and have the entire house painted I wanted help to pick a suitable colour and design scheme. Amanda come to our house and spent time talking and listening to the things we liked. She pulled together a full colour specification for the house for us. This plan has made it so easy for us to work room by room knowing exactly what to buy and in full confidence that the colours all work together really well. Amanda was great to work with - getting our feedback on initial colours and tweaking things to suit without compromising the integrity of her concepts. I highly recommend Amanda’s design skills and her working style. We have since sought her advice on a holiday property as well!
